A: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
A: We offer free delivery on any order over $1,200, except for remote areas such as Lantau Island, Cheung Chau Island and other Islands that require non-truck delivery.
For orders under HK$1,200, a delivery charge of HK$100 shall apply.
We offer next day delivery for orders received on Monday to Thursday between 9:00am and 12:00pm (Noon). Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next business day.
The delivery service is available from Monday to Friday and between 11:00am and 6:00pm (excluding all public holidays).
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a bottle of wine, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt to discuss a return or exchange. Please note that some restrictions may apply.
