Kruger Wines, who own Equifera, called upon local wine legend Donald Ziraldo, of Inniskillin fame, as consultant in creating their Icewine. During the ’50s and ’60s, the property was the home stable for several champion racehorses – thus the name Equifera, which means “wild horse” in Latin. Look for aromas of honey, dried pineapple, citrus and mango. Sweet with refreshing acidity giving balance. Enjoy this concentrated Icewine.
